Research Associate, Data Analyst, Data Engineer

• Salary up to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience

• Manage and respond to data requests submitted through the ticketing system
• Pull, clean, and deliver data from multiple sources to support various organizational needs
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI for tracking program metrics
• Write and maintain scripts and queries to automate data cleaning and manipulation
• Support the design and analysis of studies to enhance organizational impact

• 1–3 years of experience in managing and analyzing large quantitative data sets, preferably in education or nonprofit settings
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
• Proficiency with R (or similar programming languages) and Excel for data analysis
• Proficiency with SQL (Postgre
  
  SQL) for querying and cleaning datasets
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

• Experience in using Power BI or equivalent BI tools for building dashboards and reports
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work on deadline with attention to detail
