• Full professional proficiency in Estonian and English language.
• Resident in the United States for the last 2 consecutive years, with familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the United States.
• Ability to follow guidelines and conduct online research using search engines, online maps, and website information.
• Flexibility to work across a diverse set of task types, including maps, news, audio tasks, and relevance.
• Daily access to broadband internet, a computer, and relevant software.

Qualified applicants will take an open‑book qualification exam and complete . Guidelines and learning materials will be provided prior to the exam, which must be completed within a specified timeframe at the applicant’s convenience.
