Position: TechELINT Analyst with Security Clearance
Job Description Base-2 Solutions is seeking an experienced TechELINT Analyst with a proven background in Technical Electronic Intelligence (TechELINT) collection and analysis. Perform in-depth signal characterization and reporting to produce actionable intelligence in support of Navy and Joint operations. Conducting detailed analysis of raw signal data, identifying and documenting unique signal parameters, and collaborating with senior analysts and subject matter experts to refine reporting and integrate findings into larger intelligence efforts.

Demonstrates exceptional analytical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in technical communication. Required Skills
* Hands-on experience performing TechELINT analysis using raw signal data.
* Proficiency with TechELINT tools such as ASPEN, WILLOW, MARTES, and FLEXIBLEFLYER.
* Strong understanding of SIGINT methodologies and ELINT production workflows.
* Ability to produce detailed analytical reports and communicate technical findings clearly. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Intelligence Studies, or a related field preferred.
* 3-5 years of dedicated TechELINT analysis experience required; 10+ years highly desired.
* Completion of SIGE-2810 and SIGE-3810 (or equivalent) specialized training.
* MESAP graduates or equivalent Service-specific ELINT program experience highly desirable. Desired Skills
* Experience supporting Air Force, Navy, or Army ELINT/SIGINT missions.
* Experience mentoring or cross-training analysts in TechELINT methodologies.
* Familiarity with both TechELINT and OpELINT processes.
* Prior service within a Service Intelligence Production Center (SIPC) strongly preferred. Pay & Benefit Highlights Compensation
