Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Specialist (Technical) with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules , as well as extensive expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Platform Admin Center).

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions, customizations, and integrations while also leading technical aspects of implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical design and development of solutions across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
  • Build and customize model-driven and canvas Power Apps .
  • Develop and manage Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) .
  • Design and automate workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Business Process Flows).
  • Manage environments, solutions, and security roles via Power Platform Admin Center .
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using Power Automate, Dataverse, and REST APIs .
  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution architecture, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end users to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Follow ALM best practices using Azure Dev Ops for deployments and version control.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
  • Power Automate – designing complex workflows and process automations
  • Power Pages – customization, integrations, security configurations
  • Power Platform Administration – managing environments, DLP policies, permissions
  • C# for plugin and workflow development
  • Dataverse schema and data modeling
  • Familiarity with Azure services ,
    custom connectors , and integration patterns .
  • Experience in CI/CD and solution management using Azure Dev Ops.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications such as:
  • MB-210, MB-220, MB-230 (D365 CE Modules)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
