- Lead the end-to-end execution of the Product Data Hub project, ensuring successful rollout with defined timelines and deliverables
- Serve as a bridge between IT and business by translating complex technical requirements into actionable adoption plans
- Create and implement a comprehensive change management plan for transitioning to a centralized data system
- Present status updates and lead critical conversations with senior leadership
- Develop engaging training materials and contribute to strategic sales enablement programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational-focused role such as Sales/Business Operations or Project Management
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Experience in sales enablement or marketing within a technology-driven environment
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales processes
- Proven ability to develop training content and support program implementation
