- Participate in oncology practice projects ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Facilitate IT communications and act as an escalation path for IT-related concerns
- Provide leadership in resolving day-to-day operational issues at oncology practices
- Degree or equivalent with typically 7+ years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership skills in healthcare systems
- Effective communication skills, especially with non-IT audiences
- Experience in implementing IT strategies that support business requirements
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience
- Experience in physician practice IT
- Direct supervisory experience
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies
- ITIL4 Foundation certification
- SAFe Agile experience
