Marketing Designer

Data Annotation is seeking a Marketing Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models.

In this role you will use your design expertise to evaluate AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups and visuals, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. Your insights will directly shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers.

• This is a full‑time or part‑time remote position.
• You can choose which projects you want to work on and work on your own schedule.
• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr, while design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work.

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups and visuals.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• A current, in progress or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Payment is made via Pay Pal; only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
