- Own and manage the Legal team's intake, task assignment, project board, and metrics workflows
- Lead the identification and resolution of process bottlenecks in legal service delivery
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable workflows for high‑volume legal requests
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes involving Legal
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of external counsel relationships and evaluate cost‑efficiency opportunities
- Experience in legal operations, paralegal, legal project management, or similar roles within an in‑house legal team or law firm
- Demonstrable ownership of legal operations or enablement projects with measurable impact
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Programming knowledge (e.g., Python or JavaScript) and experience with legal tech tools
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal workflows including contract management and external counsel coordination
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Notion, Slack, and Git
- Experience in working with metrics reporting and data analysis
