Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Application Architect to drive domain strategy, optimize enterprise systems, and translate business needs into secure, scalable, high-performance architectural solutions. This role leads the creation of architecture models, domain roadmaps, reusable patterns, and ensures alignment with enterprise standards.

• Lead development of current/target architecture states and identify pain points & opportunities.
• Drive architectural design, modeling, and implementation with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate solutions, technologies, and tools.
• Conduct vendor assessments, support RFI/RFP processes, and guide technology selection.
• Research emerging trends and enhance architecture frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
• Provide domain assessments for complex initiatives and contribute to enterprise roadmaps.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or +4 years additional experience).
• 10+ years experience in an architecture domain.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in architecture frameworks, cross-domain solutions, and enterprise-level design.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Required to disclose any ineligibility for working on Federal healthcare programs.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple demands.
