Role Summary

LogoJET is on the hunt for a FULL-TIME talented and resourcefulBilingual Technical Support Specialistwho thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and keeping cutting-edge technology running at its best. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our customers in both North America and LATAM, supporting them in English and/or Spanish.

We are looking for someone who brings both technical skill and customer empathy. If you are mechanically inclined, love figuring out how things work, and enjoy making someone’s day by resolving challenges, you will fit right in. You will provide hands-on and remote support for our advanced UV printers, software, and printing applications, helping customers stay productive, creative, and confident in their investment.

Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, customer training, print production assistance, maintaining equipment, and ensuring proper operation of inkjet printers.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a UV Printer Technical Support Specialist - Bilingual, based in Lafayette, LA with some work from home acceptable.

What You Will Do

Technical Support Excellence

• Troubleshoot and resolve printer, software, and application issues via phone, email, and in person

• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM with accuracy and clarity

• Manage multiple cases, applying sound judgment to determine solutions and ensure timely follow-up

• Provide clear, friendly communication that builds trust and reinforces our 5-star reputation

• Participate in remote support shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST on rotation

Customer Training, Repairs, and Applications

• Install, inspect, calibrate, and train customers on new equipment both remotely and on-site

• Deliver engaging operator training that covers daily use, applications, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting

• Perform on-site repairs to minimize downtime and keep customers up and running

• Partner with customers on unique applications, offering both technical and creative solutions

Marketing and Trade Show Support

• Travel to trade shows to represent LogoJET, educate prospects, and demonstrate the capabilities of our technology

• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to showcase innovative applications and engage attendees
