What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication methods
  • Resolve routine customer inquiries regarding product usage within the Vin Solutions support framework
  • Leverage technical knowledge to deliver excellent customer care while adhering to quality assurance standards
  • Accurately log customer information in the CRM tool and facilitate communication with other departments as needed
  • Maintain expert‑level knowledge of business processes and provide follow‑up on issue status to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Generally less than 2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with CRM case logging and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of automotive industry practices
  • Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
  • Demonstrated dependability and reliability in previous roles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
