• Salary range of $107,000 - $161,000 per year, plus bonus potential

• Execute a comprehensive global AI and security compliance strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Participate in internal and external AI and information security audits, identifying control gaps and contributing to risk mitigation
• Assist in creating and updating policies to address internal and external threats, including emerging AI risks
• Support Customer Success and Sales teams by responding to customer AI and security inquiries and developing scalable solutions
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and participate in on-call rotations for security operations

• Strong knowledge and experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 42001, ISO 27001, PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA
• Understanding of AI risk management, governance, and ethical AI principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex compliance requirements
• Experience with compliance audits, evidence collection, and policy creation for security and AI systems
• Familiarity with operational security practices and modern technical environments

• Team leadership or project management experience with the ability to mentor and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Depth of knowledge beyond surface-level compliance, with adaptability to a changing AI regulatory landscape
