The Role
CORE is seeking an IT Support Technician for the Texas region. The new Technician will work with a team of technology professionals across the country to provide world class IT service desk support for all CORE employees. The position requires excellent customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills. This is an in-office position that will be based out of our Grapevine office but must be willing to travel to other offices and jobsites as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and high-quality resolutions to end user issues and requests across all national offices
- Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications
- Provision services and equipment for users
- Configure and troubleshoot printing and multifunction devices
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices – primarily iOS devices
- Support Microsoft Teams meeting rooms and other conference room technology
- Assist in the setup and support of remote jobsites and offices including but not limited to switch and router deployment, network cabling, printer configuration, mounting televisions, and coordination with project teams.
- Maintain an accurate and well-organized inventory of IT assets
- IT service desk support experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- A positive, professional, and empathetic attitude
- Experience with Windows 11 operating system and Office 365 application support
- MacOS and Apple iOS troubleshooting experience
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365/Entra administration
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A strong learning aptitude and desire to continuously improve
- Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
- Experience supporting both local and remote users
- Must be willing to travel to other offices and jobsites as needed
- A valid Driver’s License
This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
