EUC AI Automation Lead

Overview Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions across business units.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops for AI and automation workflows.
• Build and optimize scripts using Python and Power Shell for automation and orchestration.
• Architect and implement RAG-based solutions and Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate LLMs into business processes.
• Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to build low-code/no-code automation solutions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and automation engineers.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic adoption.

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming area OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8+ years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming area OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6+ years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming area
• AND Experience working at multiple phases of database management

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation, scripting, and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong proficiency in Azure Dev Ops, Python, and Power Shell.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or other enterprise-grade LLM platforms.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
• Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Azure Dev Ops

The proposed salary range for this position is $ - $, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
