AI Engineer, Data Engineer
Overview Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions across business units.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops for AI and automation workflows.
- Build and optimize scripts using Python and Power Shell for automation and orchestration.
- Architect and implement RAG-based solutions and Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate LLMs into business processes.
- Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to build low-code/no-code automation solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and automation engineers.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic adoption.
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8+ years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming area OR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6+ years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming area
- AND Experience working at multiple phases of database management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automation, scripting, and Dev Ops practices.
- Strong proficiency in Azure Dev Ops, Python, and Power Shell.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or other enterprise-grade LLM platforms.
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Azure Dev Ops

The proposed salary range for this position is $ - $, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
