CTO — AI Scheduling Assistant (Equity Only, Remote)

We’re building a next-gen AI-powered scheduling assistant for healthcare and dental practices — think outbound calls, EHR integration, Patient Forms, and HIPAA compliance.

We’re looking for a tech visionary / CTO to build and lead the product from prototype to market.

• Architect and develop the platform (Python, FastAPI/Django, React)
• Build AI/NLP modules for email parsing, scheduling, and automated responses
• Integrate with calendars (Google/Outlook) and EHRs (e.g., eCW)
• Optional: AI-powered voice for inbound/outbound calls
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant security and scalable architecture
• Lead testing, deployment, and iterative improvements

• Full-stack development experience (Python + modern frontend)
• Experience with AI/NLP (GPT, Rasa, Hugging Face)
• Calendar/email API integration experience
• Knowledge of telephony/voice integration a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solver, self-starter

• Equity-only initially; salary offered once we secure funding
