Software company is hiring an experienced Help Desk Technician. The position is full‑time, permanent, and flexible with the option to work from home. Full benefits are provided after a 90‑day probationary period.
The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing customer service support to individuals and businesses. Responsibilities include assisting new users with basic training questions, forwarding training modules, directing users to the online support page for FAQs, troubleshooting technical issues submitted through our online ticket center, and answering calls from users having technical issues or trouble navigating the system. Senior Help Desk Technicians may also assist with integrating multiple systems into the company’s program.
Applicants should have several years of experience providing IT support or hold a degree/certificate in Information Technology with professional experience such as customer service in a call center. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged, though not required.
