Une entreprise technologique recherche un Technicien Support Utilisateur Helpdesk pour rejoindre une équipe et assurer le support à distance de niveau 1. Le candidat doit détenir un Bac+2 en informatique et justifier de 4 à 5 ans d'expérience en support Helpdesk. Les tâches incluent l'identification d'incidents, la résolution de problèmes et le suivi de la satisfaction utilisateur. La localisation est à Metz avec possibilité de télétravail 1 à 2 jours par semaine.
