Job OverviewAs a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Databricks, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transform data‑driven insights into actionable solutions, managing the end‑to‑end machine learning pipeline—data collection, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
Responsibilities- Data Pipeline Development
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.
- Model Development and Deployment
- Develop machine learning models using PySpark, Tensor Flow, or Scikit‑learn.
- Implement end‑to‑end machine learning workflows in Databricks, including data preparation, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
- Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor models in production and iterate to improve performance and accuracy.
- Utilize MLOps practices to automate deployment, monitoring, and management tasks.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Present findings and insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Technical Leadership
- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and Databricks features.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
- Proven experience with Databricks and its applications in ML solutions.
- Experience with big data technologies such as PySpark.
- Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with version control systems and Dev Ops tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation Range: $87,210 – $119,300 annually.
