Systems Analyst, Technical Support
SGA Dental Partners is hiring a new ePMS Implementation Specialist in Georgia! The ePMS Implementation Specialist supports the Director of ePMS in the planning, configuration, and execution of enterprise Patient Management System implementations across SGA Dental Partners locations. The role is responsible for assisting with system setup, testing, training, and go-live support as SGA transitions from legacy platforms to a standardized PMS for current and future practice conversions.
This is a hybrid/remote position for a Georgia resident, with regular travel to support SGA Dental Partners practices.
- Support the Director of ePMS in planning and executing PMS conversions across SGA locations
- Assist with system configuration, setup, testing, and validation of the enterprise PMS
- Partner closely with SGA subject matter experts, practice teams, and external vendors throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Assist in developing and delivering internal training for locations preparing for system rollout
- Provide on-site and remote implementation support as assigned
- Utilize and adhere to critical implementation checklists to ensure readiness before, during, and after go-live
- Gather end-user feedback and identify opportunities for system configuration improvements
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address implementation issues and ongoing support needs
- Collaborate with IT Support on technical troubleshooting and escalations as needed
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software implementation, system support, or project coordination
- Working knowledge of PMS systems (Denticon, Dentrix, etc)
- Foundational understanding of dental office operations, including:
- Patient management
- Appointment scheduling
- Revenue cycle management or billing
- Reporting and clinical or administrative workflows
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel to SGA locations as required—up to 40%
- Highly detail-oriented and process-focused

- Ability to support change initiatives and help reduce uncertainty for clinic teams
