- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, primarily with Terraform
- Optimize application architecture for scalability, reliability, and cost‑efficiency across multiple cloud providers (GCP, Azure)
- Lead best practices for observability, including logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system health and rapid debugging
- Mentor and guide engineers in technical decisions, workflow improvements, and development practices
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to support product development teams and reduce manual effort
- Enforce security, performance, and reliability best practices within the infrastructure
- Serve on‑call during incident response and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Promote adoption of modern dev tools and LLM‑assisted workflows to enhance productivity
- Senior‑level experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform
- Strong hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, including GCP and/or Azure
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools
- Experience optimizing development workflows and collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Ability to decompose complex problems, lead technical discussions, and make balanced decisions
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment; adaptable to change and motivated by challenges
- Knowledge of configuration management using Ansible
- Ability to develop infrastructure tools and services in Go is a plus
- Experience with health & insurance software or SFTP/file transport best practices
- Exposure to incident response and system observability improvement initiatives
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 – $150,000
