We are looking for a junior candidate with an interest in managing tenders and competitions (both public and private), who is eager to learn and collaborate with technical and legal teams. • Experience in preparing tenders and competitions (public or private) or completion of relevant internships is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of public and private procurement procedures.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PDF.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Support in the analysis of tenders and public and private calls for bids.
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of technical and administrative documentation.
• Learn to coordinate with technical and legal teams to prepare bids.
• Take part in monitoring tenders and managing corrections.
• Support in the management of grants and private competitions.
• Keep the tender documentation database up to date.

• Experience in technology or IT companies, especially in software development.
• Interest in process automation and artificial intelligence (ChatGPT or other tools).
• English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
• Knowledge of electronic procurement platforms.
• Knowledge of document management tools.
• A university degree or course in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a similar subject.
