Position OverviewThe Director, AI Business Solutions leads the strategy, development, and advancement of solutions leveraging Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions — including Copilot and Collaboration. This role is pivotal in driving transformation for customers, shaping methodologies, developing best practices, and ensuring the successful adoption and integration of Microsoft AI Business Solutions offerings. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions and business outcomes.

- Drive the modernization and secure transformation of customer work forces and workflows using Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive roadmap for AI adoption within our customer base.
- Transform customer experiences with personalized, intuitive AI interactions.
- Position the organization as a go-to partner for Microsoft-led innovation and transformation.
- Develop and execute the strategy for Microsoft AI Business Solutions, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
- Lead the team through the creation and execution of offerings and enablement plans for AI Business Solutions.
- Be accountable for the financial performance, growth strategy, and operational excellence of the AI Business Solutions practice.
- Oversee continuous improvement programs to empower users and maintain engagement.
- Bring thought leadership on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve offerings.
- Coordinate the development, documentation, and improvement of methodologies and best practices for Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
- Support the creation and evolution of solution offerings, acting as “Customer Zero” for new technologies.
- Provide technical leadership for strategic opportunities.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all initiatives, collaborating with architects, engineers, and product managers.
- Manage a team of professionals, setting priorities and overseeing work streams.
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and inclusion.
- Conduct personal development planning for team members, supporting career growth and alignment to organizational goals.
- Champion internal enablement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor for their AI transformation journeys.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and partner organizations to co-create solutions and drive joint success.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft partnership obligations and manage risk where appropriate.
- At least 10 years’ experience in technology professional services, with a focus on Microsoft AI Business Solutions (Copilot, Collaboration).
- Experience working with the Microsoft Partner ecosystem for co-selling and joint GTM efforts.
- Proven experience coaching and developing direct reports and managing diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud and data best practices, including governance, architecture, and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive performance.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
