We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Developer to drive enterprise‑scale automation solutions that transform how our teams work. This role will serve as the lead developer and subject matter expert on automation technologies, driving innovation through intelligent workflows, AI integration, and advanced analytics.

Automation Development & Innovation
  • Lead the development of advanced automation workflows leveraging platforms including Alteryx, UiPath, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Design, build, and optimize complex data‑driven automations to deliver efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across business units.
  • Explore and implement AI‑driven process improvements, applying machine learning and analytics to enable smarter decision‑making.
Leadership & Strategy
  • Serve as the lead automation developer on the team, mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices.
  • Define automation standards, governance, and frameworks to ensure consistency and sustainability of solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that align with strategic objectives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with teams across finance, operations, merchandising, supply chain, and other business groups.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Maintenance & Support
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of existing automations and workflows, ensuring reliability and minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automation performance, driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and IT standards.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Alteryx and Ui Path for process automation and RPA development.
  • Strong knowledge of Databricks and Snowflake for data engineering, transformation, and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and API integrations for scalable automation.
  • Working knowledge of Python.
Qualifications & Education
  • 5+ years of experience in automation development, data engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise automation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (master’s preferred).
