• Oversee the administration of data platforms, ensuring availability, reliability, recoverability, security, and performance
• Lead critical data platform projects, managing project timelines, risks, and cross-functional collaboration
• Develop and maintain a rolling 5-quarter roadmap for Data Platform initiatives
• Create and implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for data platforms
• Mentor and educate stakeholders on best practices and standards for data platforms

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Platform Engineer or DBA
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role

• Experience in the solar industry
• Familiarity with Databricks and RDS
• Background in IoT time series data management
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
