• Own the roadmap and delivery of Arrow Sphere applications, including Marketplace and AI Assistant
• Develop and execute end-to-end project plans for large-scale, complex projects
• Facilitate partner advisory sessions and manage supplier onboarding workflows
• Translate technical features into clear business value propositions for marketing efforts
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on application design and implementation

• Minimum 10 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with an advanced degree
• Proven expertise in product management, project management, and solution marketing
• Strong understanding of cloud lifecycle management platforms and multi-cloud provisioning
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and CPQ tools
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or Agile delivery tools

• Experience with ISO-certified cloud lifecycle operations and digital marketplace workflows
• Ability to guide others in resolving complex issues and serve as a resource for best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and leadership audiences
