The Role at a GlanceAs a Sr. Analyst, Audit & Regulatory Response, you will provide subject‑matter expertise and direction on complex projects and initiatives related to IT security responsibilities. You will develop and execute security risk analyses, guide stakeholders on audit findings, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and internal policies.
What You’ll Be Doing- Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for the assigned area, collaborate with senior management to incorporate new trends into solutions.
- Manage and/or participate in information security risk management efforts, including HIPAA risk analyses and implementation of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Obtain input from Lincoln’s Privacy Office, Legal department, and management to interpret legislation and regulations before making statements or providing information that may impact the corporation.
- Provide direction and guidance to information security personnel and the larger IT organization on legislative, statutory, and company policy requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to perform IT security audits, manage responses, and remediate deficiencies.
- Evaluate and communicate risks associated with audit findings identified for other IT teams.
- Provide consultation on information security awareness and access validation efforts.
- Escalate identified complex cyber risks to appropriate leadership.
- 5–7+ years of experience in IT security directly related to the responsibilities above.
- Minimum 4‑year bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Agile mindset; awareness/understanding of Agile methodologies.

$93,300 – $169,700, with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
