Product Manager, Consumer Apps

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to work across the Uniswap Apps (Wallet, Web interface), focusing on our holistic consumer product strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto space, and experience in consumer app product management. This is a leadership opportunity to influence the direction of high-visibility and high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will have collaborated closely with Product Designers, Software Engineers and Leadership, and have a proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products ellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Uniswap Labs is headquartered in SoHo in New York City and this role is ideally NYC based.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from ideation through launch
• Drive strategic thinking for the end-to-end user journey across our apps
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product driven development
• Collaborate as a lead with cross-functional peers to drive product strategy
• Integrate user research and market analysis into product thinking to continue to innovate and improve Uniswap products
• Understand the competitive landscape and ensure our products align with Uniswap's mission and are recognized as best in class
• Act as a product mentor and expert within the company

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience working on consumer products
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to lead and define product strategy and roadmap
• Experience using Uniswap and other crypto trading products
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of shipping impactful consumer product at scale

Nice to haves:

• Experience in crypto consumer product management

Minimum full-time salary of $221,726 - $249,441.Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
