What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Align enablement programs to support Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams
  • Develop and manage structured onboarding, ever-boarding, and product certification pathways
  • Create and maintain enablement resources such as playbooks, product guides, and case studies
  • Lead optimization and adoption of enablement tools and technologies
  • Define and track key KPIs to measure program effectiveness and guide continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Experience developing and executing programs that support revenue performance and behavior change
  • Skilled in creating onboarding paths, certifications, and ongoing enablement content
  • Organized and results‑driven with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable defining KPIs, measuring impact, and iterating based on insights
  • Strong partnership skills with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Rev Ops
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Hands‑on experience with Gong, Salesforce, Outreach, Linked In Sales Navigator, Gainsight, etc.
  • Ability to review call recordings and presentations, providing constructive guidance
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new technologies, including AI
