• Lead go-to-market (GTM) enablement programs for product solutions, focusing on competitors, industries, and buyer personas
• Support company-wide change management initiatives to enhance sales productivity
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of training strategy and enablement materials, including facilitating instructor-led training
• Champion and embed the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales globally
• Develop and maintain sales-facing enablement resources to support effective product rollouts

• 3+ years of GTM enablement experience in a multi-product technology company
• Established expertise in customizing enablement strategies for various industry verticals
• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining sales-facing enablement resources
• Proven track record of stakeholder management across various departments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly

• Background in sales, customer success, or product marketing
• Direct experience with Lessonly (LMS), Showpad (CMS), and/or Jira (Project Management)
• Multi-lingual capabilities, especially in English, French, and Spanish for content creation and translation
