What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support clients in implementing and optimizing their digital training strategy using the employer's platform.
  • Ensure contract renewals by coordinating resources and aligning solutions with clients’ business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to meet client KPIs and drive success.
  • Develop processes, reporting, and communication strategies to facilitate effective client engagement.
  • Identify customer use cases and document feedback to enhance service delivery.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 1–1.5 years of experience in a Customer Success position, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of SMB clients (100+ clients).
  • Proactive approach to client management with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly through data both in writing and orally.
  • Fluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
