• Define canonical models, matching/survivorship logic, and hierarchies across data domains.
• Design scalable real-time and batch data ingestion patterns using APIs, event streaming, and ETL integrations with CRM, ERP, and Data Warehouse systems.
• Stand up data quality management frameworks—profiling, rules, monitoring, and root-cause remediation.
• Deploy and scale enterprise data catalogs with automated lineage and metadata harvesting.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to embed governance-by-design into modern cloud architectures.
• Lead migration, observability, and performance initiatives to ensure high data accuracy, completeness, and latency standards.
• Drive AI-assisted governance and automation to streamline metadata and stewardship workflows.
• Establish and mature governance operating models, policies, and stewardship roles aligned to compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, ISO).

• Proven experience selecting, deploying, or implementing major MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Reltio, TIBCO EBX, SAP MDG).
• Expertise in data integration architecture —REST APIs, pub/sub, ETL/ELT, and event streaming.
• Experience implementing enterprise data catalogs and lineage automation tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica EDC).
• Demonstrated success delivering data governance frameworks with policies, workflows, and compliance controls.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and ability to run discovery workshops and communicate complex architecture trade-offs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or DAMA CDMP certification preferred.
Additional Information
• Competitive base salary and bonus potential.
• Flexible hybrid or remote work options.
• Opportunity to lead architecture for a high-impact, next-generation enterprise platform.
