Key Responsibilities

• Support sophisticated tax planning efforts for closely held businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals.

• Develop deep expertise in the firm’s niche industries and deliver strategic advisory and consulting services.

• Mentor, supervise, and provide performance feedback to team members.

• Collaborate with firm leadership to structure and manage a variety of client engagements.

• Lead client service teams, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, timely and efficient service delivery, and continuous team development.

• Analyze and communicate solutions to complex tax matters, applying creativity, thorough research, and a strong understanding of tax regulations and their implications.
