We are looking for a proactive Senior Growth Manager to drive the creation and optimization of web2app funnels for our new EdTech products. This role involves designing and building funnels using a funnel builder tool, ensuring both their visual appeal and functionality. You will also be responsible for conducting A/B tests to enhance performance and maximize conversion rates across web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for design, and experience in developing marketing funnels that deliver measurable growth.
- Develop and implement web-to-app funnel strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement for new EdTech products.
- Design, build, and optimise web-to-app funnels using funnel-building tools, ensuring seamless user experience across platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify opportunities for improving funnel performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design and Content teams to align funnel strategies with overall product and marketing goals.
- Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and maintain the visual and functional aspects of web and mobile funnels to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor key metrics, prepare performance reports, and communicate results and findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web-to-app marketing to inform strategy and execution.
- Proficiency in designing and building web-to-app funnels using tools like Unbounce, Click Funnels, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize user journeys.
- Advanced skills in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
- Understanding of UX principles and CRO techniques to enhance funnel performance and user engagement.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in web-to-app conversion.
- Strong analytical ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and draw insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise funnel performance.
- Innovative mindset to develop and test new ideas, approaches, and solutions to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, Content, and Design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights and strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the funnel—from design to functionality—are thoroughly optimized.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, market dynamics, and new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of user behavior and empathy for user needs to create engaging and effective web-to-app experiences.
