What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Review project plans to coordinate project activities effectively
• Manage backup, security, and user help systems
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
• Drive large and complex cross-functional technical projects
• Provide users with technical support for computer-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, preferably in Computer Science, Math, or another Engineering discipline
• Experience in Speech AI software development (training, QA, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate complex projects in a time-compressed environment
• Proven leadership skills, including running meetings with stakeholders and engineers
• Basic knowledge of computer software such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience working with AI engineering teams in a fast-paced tech company or startup
• Familiarity with AI technologies and terminology
