What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support, create, and improve the Sales Onboarding program, including scheduling sessions and managing content updates
  • Oversee new hire training experiences, partnering with team leads to identify enablement needs
  • Build and execute ongoing training programs to address skill gaps and improve sales performance
  • Track training milestones and analyze data on program effectiveness
  • Assist in organizing and delivering live training sessions virtually, ensuring a seamless learning experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1+ years of project management experience in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build and scale training programs that contribute to revenue growth
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams
  • Engaging facilitation and presentation skills for managing various training formats
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, and fluent written and spoken English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or any LMS
  • Experience with Salesforce, Docebo, or similar tools
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on training program success at an executive level
