  • Establish interoperability and certification standards to ensure seamless deployment of AI agents across Lenovo’s infrastructure portfolio.
  • Align the platform architecture with Lenovo Tru Scale AI and Infrastructure‑as‑a‑Service (IaaS) delivery models to accelerate enterprise adoption.
Go‑to‑Market Enablement
  • Define compelling value propositions, use cases, and pricing models focused on AI agent creation and management.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and partner enablement teams to develop go‑to‑market content, playbooks, and campaigns targeting AI builders and enterprise decision makers.
  • Support Lenovo’s field and partner organizations with sales training, competitive positioning, and technical enablement assets.
Lifecycle & Performance Management
  • Monitor and analyze platform adoption, utilization, customer satisfaction, and financial performance to inform continuous improvement.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end offering lifecycle, including roadmap updates, feature rollouts, and end‑of‑life planning.
  • Gather customer, partner, and field insights to evolve the platform in alignment with emerging agentic AI use cases, responsible AI principles, and market trends.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in AI, data, or software offering management, ideally within AI platform or agent development domains.
  • Deep understanding of AI model orchestration, agent frameworks, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and AI pipeline management tools.
  • Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling complex AI software or service offerings globally.
  • Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration, executive communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
