Experience:

1. Experience as a lead designer in an development project, preferably involving modernization of technology, as well as working with a cross-functional team to redesign and simplify UX and workflows to meet modern application design standards, using a material design library and component framework, such as Mud Blazor – 2 years experience
2. Experience creating wireframes/prototypes and iterating over them with cross-functional stakeholders – 4 years experience
3. Experience creating personas and testing designs against the personas – 4 years experience
4. Knowledgable of modern code implementations, US web design standards, and product strategy – 4 years experience
Nice to Have

Skills:

1. Experience working within Agile principles and processes – 2 years
2. Experience using Mud Blazor material design library – 1 year
3. Experience training software developers and business analysts on UX principles and best practices – 2 years
4. Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with DWD’s environments will be especially valuable

Flexible work from home options available.
