• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
• Analytical skills and technical aptitude for solving complex problems
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Confluence, G Suite, and concepts such as relational databases and REST APIs

• Experience with writing formulas and navigating technical challenges
• A strong self-driven desire to exceed expectations and improve performance
• Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn in a technical environment
