A growing Security and IT Managed Services Provider is seeking a Helpdesk Technician III to provide advanced support in a fast-paced environment. This remote role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, using support tools, and offering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in IT helpdesk roles, particularly with Managed Service Providers, and a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies.

Competitive salary between $85,000 and $100,000 USD per year.
