Overview
Kentro is hiring a Senior Process Analyst to manage and maintain our corporate ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001) and CMMI ML3 certifications. The ideal candidate will write, maintain, and improve enterprise process documentation and improvement efforts while driving internal projects toward achieving CMMI high maturity levels (CMMI 4/5). A key focus of this role is to ensure that processes are streamlined and effective, with the goal of making the processes work for the organization, rather than burdening it with unnecessary complexity.
Responsibilities- Change Control Stewardship and Consultation:
Lead the intake, evaluation, and facilitation of change requests for strategic projects and programs; ensure documentation, review cycles, and governance standards are upheld and coordinated across the firm. - Program Integration:
Coordinate and support stakeholders, align program deliverables with enterprise frameworks and strategic goals, and serve as the interface between program managers, quality leads, governance boards, and the executive committee. - Performance Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on process performance metrics; work with the Sr. Quality Manager to implement streamlined metrics collection and dashboard use; provide executive-ready summaries of alignment status, process improvements, and certification metrics; contribute to audit readiness and enterprise reviews. - Collaboration and Change Enablement:
Partner with process and system owners, program teams, and corporate service organizations to guide formal change requests through the governance process; support teams from concept through implementation ensuring changes align with objectives, regulatory standards, and enterprise architecture. - Process Governance:
Collaborate with corporate service leads to maintain and improve enterprise-wide business processes, promoting consistency, scalability, and quality. - Certification Enablement:
Ensure compliance with external certifications and internal quality standards, maintain readiness artifacts, track audit actions, and support remediation.
This position will be performed primarily in a remote working environment, but candidates will be required to attend meetings located in Tysons Corner, VA as needed.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, enterprise governance, or process improvement and change control roles.
- Working knowledge of change control frameworks, PMO operations, and quality standards (CMMI, ISO 9001, CMMC).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and consultation skills.
- Experience in regulated, security-conscious environments (DoD and Federal Civilian).
- PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, and Agile certifications.
- Experience with digital workflow tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira, or similar) for managing change control.
- Experience building visualizations for program and leadership.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or mission-critical system development life cycles.
- Certified ISO Internal Auditor, CMMI Associate, or similar certification.
- Familiarity with engineering and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with CMMC/NIST 800-171.
- Data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
