Code Craftsman

Overview

We are looking for a Code Craftsman to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. To apply, you will need to be proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) and be able to explain how your solution solves coding problems (think Leet Code, Hacker Rank, etc).

Payment is via Pay Pal. We will never ask for money from you. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD. This is an independent contract position. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role.

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position
• You’ll be able to choose which projects you want to work on
• You can work on your own schedule
• Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work

• Independent contract position
• Geographic eligibility:
  United States only
• Payment via Pay Pal; currency handling by Pay Pal
