The Senior Operations Manager manages two or more of the following areas, including but not limited to: successful implementation of products and services, technical support of products and services, and solutions consulting and/or software application release.
This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70‑mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX;
Lenexa, KS;
Springfield, MO;
Monett, MO;
Charlotte, NC;
Birmingham, AL; or Louisville, KY.
All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in‑person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you’ll be responsible for:- Through subordinate managers, the Senior Operations Manager:
- Oversees accurate and timely installations of new or enhanced products and services. Ensures installations meet customer expectations and are in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
- Oversees post‑sales technical product support activities and facilitates resolution of technical problems on any and all products.
- Ensures all questions regarding functionality are thoroughly researched and resolved.
- May oversee the release of new software products to user base.
- May oversee customer consulting or custom project activities.
- May support the sales process with pertinent information such as quotes, installation dates, and may participate in sales meetings.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within an operations department
- Previous technical experience and background in a Microsoft or cloud environment.
- Experience managing P&L budget.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial industry.
- Able to oversee a successful implementation.
- Able to oversee outstanding post‑sales support of products and services.
- Able to function in a fast‑paced, demanding environment with multiple priorities.
- Able to ensure customers receive outstanding customer service.
