Project: Development and maintenance of backend services and internal systems for banking products and processes for the leading Polish bank

Join our Rite NRG team as a Business Analyst
, supporting a long‑term initiative in the payments and cards issuing domain for a leading banking client.

You will help define and refine business and system requirements for building a new integration with SIBS FPS and enabling co‑badge card issuing (Mastercard + MB) for the Portuguese market, along with implementing MBWay services inside the SIBS ecosystem.

• Gather and define business and system requirements for SIBS FPS integration, co‑badge card issuing (Mastercard + MB), and MBWay services.
• Document payment and card‑related processes (BPMN, flowcharts, User Stories).
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Analyze APIs, data flows, and system interactions.
• Manage backlog, support refinements, and coordinate with stakeholders in Poland and Portugal.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, and Architects to ensure correct implementation.
• Support test scope definition and clarify expected behaviours.

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in IT (banking/payments preferred).
• Understanding of payments, card issuing, and system integrations (domain experience strongly preferred).
• Experience with User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN, and API/integration analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with SIBS, MB, MBWay – a strong plus, not mandatory.
• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
