• Create and prioritize efficiency by navigating dependencies and removing impediments for seamless product delivery

• Establish clear and efficient communication within and across teams
• Mentor and guide Scrum Masters to foster their career growth within the organization

• Proven experience as an Agile leader with a track record of implementing Agile values and frameworks
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with teams and senior leadership
• Ability to guide product teams in collective problem‑solving and fostering a learning environment
• Willingness to challenge existing processes and drive meaningful change
• Understanding of multiple product development methodologies, including Lean, Waterfall, and Kanban

• Expertise in using Jira or other Agile tools for managing work and dependencies
• Experience in facilitating Agile processes within hardware or device creation teams
