St. Luke’s Health System in Boise,  seeking a BI Solutions Developer to join our Digital & Analytics team. We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in Epic Cogito, including data model certification and/or certification in any Epic Application. This role is part of our Clinical Business Intelligence (BI) team, providing support to all clinical departments across the organization. This position is a hybrid schedule;

on-site (Boise, ) expectation is two days a week.

• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and Epic Cogito technologies.

• Analyze business intelligence needs and requirements and provide data storage, analytical, or reporting tools in response.
• Work with key business stakeholders to understand and prioritize data and information requirements; develop data/information quality metrics.
• Develop testing methodology and criteria; test storage and reporting solutions for functionality and integrity; troubleshoot and resolve errors and solve complex technical problems.
• Develop standards, policies, and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems.
• Develop standard or custom reports, queries, or dashboards that access and consolidate information from a variety of data sources, and provide ongoing support for data users.
• Utilize data mining techniques and develop data models to assist in the visualization and interpretation of data.
• Research new technology and develop business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.
• Handle complex issues and problems, and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group; may act as a "lead" or first-level supervisor.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree OR Associate’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience:
  
  4 years additional relevant experience.

• Healthcare experience.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Epic EHR certification.
