This role focuses on supporting healthcare professionals with clinical and financial applications related to patient care and enterprise health records.

As a member of our Client Services team, your responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving customer software and system issues.

Acting as the primary contact for clients.

Answering customer inquiries.

Processing requests for software enhancements and system modifications.

Communicating with customers via phone, email, fax, and letters.

Providing customer education internally and at customer sites.

Participating in group projects and coordinating with development staff.

Mentoring co-workers.

Traveling 20-30% as needed.

Requirements include:

Experience in healthcare settings (nursing, pharmacy, radiology, etc.) is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or relevant training or military experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proof of vaccination may be required for travel, unless exempted for medical or religious reasons.

Salary range: $52,800 - $63,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.

This is a hybrid role combining in-office and remote work.
