Sr. Associate Director (AD) – Business Analytics, Metabolic (Remote)

Join Boehringer Ingelheim as a Senior Associate Director of Business Analytics in the Metabolic division, advising Sales, Marketing, and Payor teams on physician targeting, segmentation, outreach optimization, and promotional effectiveness.

Compensation The base salary range is $170,000–$269,000, with potential variable/bonus eligibility. Benefits details available on

• Provide reliable, accurate reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior business leaders to support decision‑making on promotional strategies and effectiveness.
• Conduct advanced analytics for brand teams and customer channels supporting brand planning and resource allocation across promotions and channels.
• Act as liaison between Marketing and Sales in developing business tactics and strategies.
• Communicate insightful results to senior brand and corporate managers, influencing strategic direction and advising senior management.
• Develop technical/behavioral competencies in analysts and department staff through knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
• Independently lead strategic projects that inform and impact significant business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business/Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience with product segmentation, benchmarking, score‑carding, targeting, and promotion‑response modeling (or 6 years with a master’s degree plus healthcare/pharma experience).
• Strong statistical modeling background and extensive modeling experience.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL; experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal abilities: ability to manage multiple projects and direct reports.
• Analytical, business orientation, and influence competencies.
• Prefer 15+ years of direct experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in business analytics for pipeline or inline products.
