Location: New York

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Pay Rate: $20/hour
  • Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (including nights and weekends)
  • Training: Three weeks, Monday–Thursday, 12:00PM–11:00PM ET

Role Overview:
Wonder is hiring detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Experience Agents to deliver exceptional support across phone, SMS, Apple Business Chat, and email. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues and ensuring a high-quality dining experience from Wonder’s virtual restaurant platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time customer support across multiple channels
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, billing, and service-related issues
  • Become an expert on Wonder’s ordering platforms and backend tools
  • Suggest process improvements and report customer feedback
  • Meet individual and team performance goals

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, tech support, etc.)
  • 6+ months using help desk software (Zendesk preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically savvy and organized
  • Ability to troubleshoot and think creatively
  • Empathetic and adaptable communication style
  • Stable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
