Learning Program Manager

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user support, content uploads, and reporting
• Design and deliver engaging instructional materials and eLearning experiences across various topics
• Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of scalable eLearning content solutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure learning content aligns with the company's enterprise L&D strategy
• Monitor learner engagement data and recommend enhancements to improve the overall learning experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning technology, or L&D operations
• Skilled in LMS administration and familiar with tools such as Articulate 360 or similar authoring platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage learners in various settings
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a growth mindset
• Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working across teams

• Experience facilitating learning sessions, both in person and virtually
• Familiarity with content governance standards and best practices in learning technologies
