What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Setup and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process of employees
  • Provide proactive support and training to the user community
  • Monitor technical infrastructure and assist end users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Contribute knowledge and updated information into the IT Knowledge Base
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and MS Office
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP Networking
  • Ability to effectively support remote users via phone, email, and desktop remote control software
  • Strong customer service focus and attitude with good organizational skills
  • High school diploma or GED in Information Technology or Computer Science
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Apple ecosystem and troubleshooting mobile device issues (iPhones, iPads)
  • Basic phone PBX skills
  • Proficient documentation skills in MS Visio, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Ability to find technology workarounds for unresolved issues
